Great bakery nearby, staff went above and beyond.

The rooms are spacious and modern, with comfy beds that make for a great night’s sleep. The breakfast was excellent, featuring local products and fresh bread. I appreciated the short walk to the charming Little Venice area. Overall, a lovely stay!

my stay at novotel colmar was almost pleasant, except the breakfast was a total disaster with barely any edible options for gluten free. they also failed miserably at accommodating my request for a room upgrade after all our inconveniences. all this for my hard-earned money. shameful! i almost considered a good review, but i just couldn’t.

I had a great experience at Novotel. The room was clean and very comfortable, offering a spacious layout that made working during my stay enjoyable. The parking, while tight at times, was convenient to have available. A walk of just about 5 minutes took me to La Petite Venise, perfect for some downtime. Breakfast had a good range of delicious options to start the day right.

The taxi service provided by the front desk led to unexpectedly high costs.

We really enjoyed our stay! The kids loved the small play area in the lobby, and the spacious suite made it easy for our family to relax. Plus, it was just a quick 5-minute walk to the charming Petit Venice area for some great family fun.

For dads, it would be great to have more activities for kids at the hotel itself.

The Superior Queen Suite was super spacious and modern. The bed was really comfy, and I loved the Rituals bathroom products. The kitchenette was a nice surprise too. Just wish the air conditioning was quieter—it was pretty loud during the hot nights. But the room made for a cozy stay overall, with a great layout.
